For the purposes of this policy, DUCOS ANTHONY acts as the data controller for the data processed in connection with the operation of the typeinteractions application.
2. Purpose of this policy
This policy explains how typeinteractions processes data related to the use of the mobile application and the website.
It covers, in particular:
- texts submitted by the user for analysis;
- generated analysis results;
- technical information necessary for the operation of the service;
- data related to in-app purchases processed by the App Store or Google Play;
- requests sent to support.
The website presents the application and its informational documents. Text analysis is performed in the mobile application, after payment or use of an available analysis in the app.
3. Data processed
When you use typeinteractions, the following categories of data may be processed.
3.1 Text submitted by the user
When you request an analysis, the text you write, paste, or dictate in the application is sent to a backend server in order to generate the result.
This text may contain personal data if you choose to include it. You must avoid including sensitive or confidential data, including:
- health data;
- sensitive psychological information;
- phone number;
- detailed home address;
- bank card number;
- administrative identifiers;
- financial information;
- legal information;
- data concerning minors;
- information concerning identifiable third parties;
- any confidential or highly personal content that you do not wish to transmit.
3.2 Analysis result
The analysis may generate, in particular:
- a test identifier;
- a detected profile type;
- a confidence level;
- a short summary;
- justification elements;
- technical metadata related to the analysis.
The result may be stored both server-side for a limited period and locally on the user’s device in order to allow consultation in the application’s archive.
3.3 Technical data
The server may process certain technical information necessary for the operation of the service, such as:
- test creation date and time;
- processing status;
- error messages;
- text length;
- detected language;
- technical diagnostic information;
- information necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, automated use, or attempts to circumvent the service.
3.4 Payment data
Payments made in the application are processed by the App Store, Google Play, or any other provider authorized by those platforms.
typeinteractions does not directly store complete bank card information.
Depending on the information transmitted by the platforms, the application may process or receive information necessary to validate a purchase, allocate an analysis, use a pack, or handle a support request.
3.5 Contact and support data
If you contact typeinteractions by email, the data communicated in your message may be processed in order to respond to your request: email address, message content, and information useful for handling the reported issue.
4. Purposes of processing
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- generating an analysis from the submitted text;
- displaying the result in the application;
- associating a result with an analysis purchased or available in a pack;
- allowing consultation of analyses in the local archive;
- ensuring the technical operation of the service;
- diagnosing errors;
- securing the service;
- preventing abuse, fraud, circumvention attempts, or excessive automated use;
- managing in-app purchases, packs, and access to analyses;
- responding to support requests;
- complying with applicable legal obligations.
5. Legal basis for processing
Depending on the case, processing may be based on:
- performance of the service requested by the user;
- the user’s consent when they voluntarily submit a text for analysis;
- the publisher’s legitimate interest in ensuring security, maintenance, abuse prevention, and technical improvement of the service;
- compliance with applicable legal obligations.
6. Sending the text to the server and use of an artificial intelligence service
To generate an analysis, the submitted text is sent to a backend server operated for the functioning of typeinteractions.
The server then transmits the necessary elements to the artificial intelligence service used in order to produce the analysis. As of the date of this policy, typeinteractions uses, in particular, OpenAI services to generate or assist in generating the analysis.
This transmission is necessary for the operation of the application.
Texts submitted are not used by typeinteractions to train its own artificial intelligence model.
7. Technical providers
typeinteractions may rely on technical providers to ensure the operation of the service, including:
- Render for hosting or running backend components;
- OVH for certain hosting, domain name, or infrastructure services;
- OpenAI for artificial intelligence processing;
- Apple App Store and Google Play for application distribution and in-app purchases.
These providers must process data only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service, according to their own terms, confidentiality commitments, and legal obligations.
8. Data retention
8.1 Texts and results server-side
Submitted texts and analysis results may be stored server-side for a maximum period of 30 days from the generation of the analysis.
This temporary retention allows, in particular:
- ensuring the operation of the service;
- enabling diagnostics in the event of a technical error;
- handling a support request;
- preventing abuse, fraud, or circumvention attempts;
- verifying the correct allocation of a purchased analysis or an analysis available in a pack.
8.2 Technical logs
Technical logs, error messages, and diagnostic information may be retained for a maximum period of 7 days, except in exceptional cases related to security, a legal obligation, or a particular technical incident.
8.3 Local archive
Analyses stored locally in the application are kept on the user’s device until:
- deletion by the user;
- deletion of the local archive;
- uninstallation of the application;
- loss of access to the device.
Local deletion removes analyses present on the device, but does not necessarily delete temporary data still stored server-side during the periods indicated above.
9. Local archive
The application may offer a local archive allowing users to view generated analyses later.
This archive is stored on the user’s device. The user may delete their analyses or archive from the application, where this feature is available.
Loss, deletion, or change of device may result in the permanent loss of locally stored analyses if no backup or synchronization is provided.
10. Sensitive data and prohibited content
typeinteractions is not intended to receive or analyze highly sensitive data.
The user agrees not to submit content containing, in particular:
- health data;
- bank card number;
- official identifiers;
- passwords;
- confidential information;
- information concerning identifiable third parties;
- data concerning minors;
- illegal, defamatory, hateful content or content infringing third-party rights.
11. No user account
As of the date of this policy, typeinteractions operates without the creation of a user account.
This means that certain deletion or support requests may require additional information in order to identify the relevant analysis, such as a test identifier, an approximate date, proof of purchase, or technical information available in the application.
12. Analytics, advertising, and cookies
As of the date of this policy:
- typeinteractions does not use analytics tools in the application;
- typeinteractions does not use Crashlytics, Sentry, or an equivalent error tracking service in the application;

- technical providers necessary for the operation of the service;
- the artificial intelligence provider used to generate the analysis;
- payment and distribution platforms;
- hosting providers;
- competent authorities where required by law;
- services necessary to protect the application, the service, or users.
14. Security
The publisher implements reasonable measures to protect the data processed, including the use of professional hosting services, secure communications where available, and limited retention periods.
However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The user must also ensure that access to their device is protected, especially if analyses are stored locally in the application.
15. User rights
Depending on the applicable regulations, you may have rights over your data, including:
- right of access;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure;
- right to object;
- right to restriction of processing;
