Having a technical issue after payment?
If a purchased analysis, or one available in a pack, cannot be generated because of a technical problem, you can contact support.
Possible solutions
Depending on the situation, TypeInteractions may offer another attempt, restore an available analysis, provide technical assistance, or direct you to the applicable Google Play refund procedure.
Result already generated
Dissatisfaction with the content of a result does not necessarily qualify for a refund. Any request remains subject to the rules of the purchase platform and applicable law.

Should several texts written by the same person produce the same profile?
In theory, when several sufficiently natural and developed texts are written by the same person, the model should converge toward the same profile. In practice, differences in topic, context, length, or richness may sometimes affect the result.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are subject to Google Play rules and applicable law. If you experience a technical issue, you can contact support so the situation can be reviewed and an appropriate solution considered.
Is the result guaranteed?
Payment gives access to the analysis of the submitted text, but it does not guarantee that a profile can be identified with a high level of confidence. When the evidence is limited, ambiguous, or conflicting, the result should preserve that uncertainty.
