TypeInteractions allows users to request the deletion of data associated with their app installation.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, please contact us by email at:
In your message, please include:
- the subject line: “Data deletion request”;
- your anonymous user ID, if available in the app;
- any Google Play order number related to your purchases, if applicable.
If you cannot provide your anonymous user ID or any purchase reference, we may not be able to identify the data linked to your app installation.
Data that may be deleted
Upon request, we may delete data associated with your app installation, including:
- texts submitted for analysis;
- analysis results stored on our server, if any;
- the anonymous user ID associated with your installation;
- credit balance associated with that anonymous user ID.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained where necessary for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or payment verification purposes, including:
- Google Play purchase records;
- transaction validation records;
- technical logs required for security or fraud prevention.
Input texts submitted for analysis are intended to be stored temporarily and may be automatically deleted after a limited retention period.
Response time
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
