To protect your privacy, please do not send the text you submitted for analysis, your full result, or sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary. We will ask only for the information required to handle your request.
Questions about the app or the method
You can contact us with questions about:
- how the application works;
- writing and submitting a text;
- understanding the information shown in a result;
- the core process, sociability level, or confidence scores;
- the indicative MBTI correspondence;
- the available options and their contents;
- the TypeInteractions method and its limitations.
Support can explain how the service works and clarify information displayed in the application. It does not provide psychological or medical diagnoses, or personalized clinical interpretation.
Technical issues
If the application is not working correctly or an analysis cannot be generated, please include the following information where possible:
- the make and model of your Android device;
- the version of Android you are using;
- the version of the TypeInteractions application;
- the approximate date and time of the issue;
- the stage at which the issue occurred;
- any error message that appeared;
- the technical analysis or error identifier, if one is displayed in the app;
- a screenshot, provided that it does not contain personal or confidential information.
You will usually not need to send the full text that was analyzed. Please begin by describing the issue.
Purchases, packs, or missing analyses
If you experience an issue with a Google Play purchase, an analysis pack, or an analysis that was not correctly credited, you may include:
- the product you purchased;
- the approximate purchase date;
- a description of the issue;
- the Google Play order number, where it is required to verify the purchase.
Never send your bank card number, expiry date, security code, Google password, or login credentials.
Payments and refund requests are subject to Google Play rules and applicable law. Where a technical issue has occurred, we will review the situation and explain the appropriate next step.
Personal data and privacy
You may also contact us to:
- ask a question about the Privacy Policy;
- request access to personal data concerning you;
- request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where these rights apply;
- report the unauthorized use of a text or personal data concerning you;
- exercise another right available under applicable data-protection law.
TypeInteractions operates without user accounts and does not permanently retain submitted texts and results on its server during the normal operation of the service. As a result, the requested data may no longer be held or may not be identifiable as belonging to a particular person.
Analyses shown in the application archive are stored locally on your device. You can delete them from the application, clear the application’s local data, or uninstall the application. Support generally cannot access this local archive or restore a deleted analysis.
Terms and legal questions
You may contact us with questions about:
- the Terms of Use and Sale;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the Legal Notice;
- a complaint relating to the service or a purchase.
Complaints should clearly describe the situation and the outcome you are seeking.
Information you should not send
For security and privacy reasons, please do not send the following by email:
- complete bank card details;
- passwords or authentication codes;
- identity documents unless specifically and justifiably requested;
- medical records or detailed health information;
- private or confidential texts belonging to another person;
- personal data about third parties without a valid reason or permission;
- the full contents of an analysis where an identifier or brief description of the issue is sufficient.
Response to requests
We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request, the technical checks required, and the information provided.
To avoid delays and duplicate processing, please do not send several identical messages about the same request.
